This book presents an analysis of a set of amendments to the Constitution of the State of Oregon proposed by the Legislative Assembly and filed with the Secretary of State between 1907 and 1908, referred to the people by legislative action, and set to be submitted to the legal electors of the state for their approval or rejection at a regular general election in June 1908. These measures pertained to diverse facets of state governance and public administration, including the following: altering the time of holding regular general biennial elections; changing provisions for the custody and control of county jail inmates; dictating the provision of personal transportation privileges to certain public officials by transportation companies in exchange for the right to exercise eminent domain; proposing the creation of a State Board of Inspectors of Child Labor; regulating appropriations of land for corporate purposes; providing armories for the Oregon National Guard; increasing the annual appropriation for the support and maintenance of the University of Oregon; and amending various sections of the Oregon Constitution. Section 3. The seat of government, when established as provided in Section 1, shall not be removed for a term of twenty (20) years from the time of such establishment, nor in any other manner than as provided in the first section of this article. All the public institutions of the State, not located elsewhere prior to January 1, 1907, shall be located in the county where the seat of government is, excepting when other wise ordered by an act of the Legislative Assembly and is ratified by the electors of the State at the next general election following such act, by a majority of all the votes cast on the question of whether or not such act shall be ratified.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring: That Section 3 of Article XIV of the Constitution of the State of Oregon be amended to read as follows: Section 3. The seat of government, when established as provided in Section 1, shall not be removed for a term Of twenty (20) years from the time of such establishment, nor in any other manner than as provided in the first section Of this article. Efectos del desistimiento

El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
