Acerca del autor
Zac Sweat is an unstoppable rebel force of healing energy, passion and relentless determination. He is a warrior at heart and has been on a long journey of growth and evolution. Zac is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Eternal Strength Experiential Therapeutic Youth Center, a Revolutionary Psychotherapeutic space for youth, young adults, and their families to receive holistic therapeutic support. He is trained and certified as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Life Coach, Therapeutic Mentor, and Behavior Change Specialist and has been coaching, teaching, speaking, and writing over the last four years. His ethos lies in taking full ownership of himself and allowing others to see how, when they do this, they can flourish and thrive in all areas of life.
