Neuware - Stark Justice follows the adventures of a retired police detective who travels around the country in an RV - looking for trouble that often finds him first. Like a lot of men in his profession, he had a well-developed plan for his retirement. The RV was always part of it, his wife was the one who suggested it and she helped pick out the model down to the upholstery. But she died before he put his papers in; his only consolation was they had taken a weekend trip in the camper before she passed. She knew him, and made him swear he would not sell it, that he would go and live the life he really wanted. After he sold the house and pulled out of the driveway for the last time, he found the note she had left in the glovebox. He was free, she said. Free to complete the mission he had only just begun. In this edition, he solves the following cases: 1 - Public Service: It looked like one thing but was entirely another. He was offering dignity in a world that steals it. 2 - Innocent Mistake: Those with the impulse to help others in a dangerous world often underestimate the evil behind the danger. 3 - Depraved: Who needs psychedelic mushrooms when you can just mosey on down to the local strip club and torture shop 4 - Explosive Ending: Turned out the old veteran was right about a lot of things, and he left behind enough firepower to take care of his kin. 5 - One For Me, One For You: In the crash and bang of daily life people just help each other and get on with their day, after they bury the bodies. 6 - Get Jugged: If you are going to look like an easy mark you should look into exercising your Natural Rights. 7 - Police Misconduct: In the backwoods the badge is king until a marauder enters the scene and sets things right. 8 - Debt Collection: Helping a bad man repay an old debt was an act of humanity that was unexpected. 9 - Dispersing a Crowd: What do you call a riot that nobody else calls a riot Nothing, because you get to clear the field and those same people won't like to talk about it. 10 - Breathing Room: The louder they cry about their virtues the deeper their crime. 11 - Bored Degenerates: The idle rich get into trouble because they like it and because there are usually no consequences. 12 - Don't Get in the Van: Never, never ever trust an invertebrate singer-songwriter. 13 - Spontaneous Civilization: How the memory of the Strip Mall Sensei became a legacy. 14 - Defending the Farm: They say it happens on the margins - the effort to destabilize the good and the true. So that is where you bring the fight.…
