In good condition. Boards show typical scuffing with light edge wear, spine head and base are lightly frayed. Missing dust jacket. End papers are toned with moderate streaking. Very light, sporadic foxing. Previous owner s gift inscription from 1920 on front fly leaf, otherwise unmarked. Plates are bright and colorful. Binding tight and intact. An attractive copy! Please see photos. Eight full page color plates with captioned tissue guards and many black band white vignettes. Arthur Rackman was an English book illustrator. He is recognized as one of the leading figures during the Golden Age of British book illustration. Quite collectible. COLI1918ABEA-variant.
