Trained from birth to protect the Sphinx Warriors, Eleina sacrifices herself to save the Warriors and her one true love, Jacob, by destroying a dimensional gate. Believing Eleina has died in the process, Jacob is left a broken man and he submerges himself in his duties as a Warrior until an accident reveals Eleina is still trapped in the gate. Once free of her entrapment, she is alive but her body and mind is damaged. Jacob will do everything in his power to help her, and the only thing keeping her sane is the irresistible draw and attraction to a Warrior she can’t even remember.
Jacob wants nothing more in life but to have Eleina back as his. As much as he wants her, doubts plague his mind if she will ever be his again. Revealing to her that he believes he sent her to her death long ago, the fact his unusual power could harm her, and the secrets she herself keeps could come between them. With time running out and the entire complex threatened, Eleina realizes she has come full circle and will have to destroy the gates again but knows she won’t survive. Jacob, however, is gifted with the fourth page of seven which reveals he can save her if she will let him.
United as one is the only way they can triumph. Eleina and Jacob must learn to face their fears and memories of the past or be torn apart forever in the present. Defying both everyone and themselves to become Power Mates will make them undefeatable. They will save the future of the Sphinx Warriors and the battle against the evil of the Wraith will continue.

Acerca del autor
Hi, I'm Christine Murphy, romance author who is restarting her enjoyment of writing after working so many hard years. I have long enjoyed delving into new worlds and characters through my imagination and have read hundreds of books through the years, oh wait, probably thousands of books if not more. Having had quite the imagination since childhood, I decided to put all that creativity down on paper and share it with the world. I have lots of experience to pull from as I have traveled throughout the United States and locations throughout the world. Looking out my back lanai, there is a small pond where the wild-life will gather and the flowers bloom in exotic pinks and purples. This is my place of peace and freedom that I have searched for and where my husband and crazy African Gray Parrot, Raider, hang out with me. It's the place where my creativity runs wild as I spin tales of adventure and passion. I have been writing in my head since I was a teenager and I finally realized I needed to capture these unique characters, civilizations, conflict, passion, and love in writing. To capture the strong, spirited, and powerfully attracted characters and all of their adventures and share it with others who are searching for that very thing to make their lives more exciting. If I accomplish nothing else in life, I hope to share the romantically magical worlds and the lovers that I see with all of the passionate readers out there.

Descripción de la tienda
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
