This edited volume seeks to contribute to the dissemination of the work undertaken by different mandate-holders for the protection of human rights.
Acerca del autor: Humberto Cant Rivera is an Associate Researcher on human rights and PhD Candidate at the Centre de recherche sur les droits de l'homme et le droit humanitaire (CRDH) of Panthon-Assas University (Paris II). He has been a Visiting Professional at the Special Procedures Branch of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and a Scholar of The Hague Academy of International Law. His research focuses on business and human rights, transitional justice, enforced disappearance, and economic, social and cultural rights.
