A. By stat. 19 and 20 Vict. C. 97 (mercantile Law Amendment Act, s. 3, if the special promise to answer for the debt, default or miscarriage of another be in writing, duly signed, it is not necessary that the consideration should appear in writing also.
Q. Must the names or sufficient descriptions of the buyer and seller appear?
