Acerca del autor
Buwei Yu, MD, PhD, is a Professor at the Department of Anesthesiology,Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, and President of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the Society of Anaesthesiologists.
Jiaqiang Zhang, MD, PhD, is a Professor and Director of the Department of Anaesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, Henan Provincial People’s Hospital, and a member of the Chinese Medical Association’s Anaesthesia Branch, and the National Committee of the Anaesthesia Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. He is also Vice Chairman of the Anaesthesia Branch of the Henan Medical Association. His main research focuses include investigating the mechanisms of postoperative cognitive dysfunction, clinical bioinformatics, anesthesia and neurodevelopment, and the physiology of pain. He is the author of more than 150 scientific publications.
Yiming Zeng is a Professor of Respiratory Medicine, Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, State Council Expert for Special Allowance, and Director of Fujian Province’s Sleep Medicine Key Laboratory. He was named a middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions from the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHFPC). His main research focuses include clinical interventional pulmonology; sleep-breathing disorders; and non-invasive mechanical ventilation. He is the author of more than 150 scientific publications.
Li Li is the Director of Department of Science Research and Discipline Construction, and Principle Investigator of the Clinical Centre of Single-Cell Biomedicine, Henan Provincial People's Hospital. She is a member of clinical research group of the Chinese Medical Association’s Scientific Research Management Branch, and of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Medical Association’s Henan Research and Management Branch. Further, sheis Vice-chairman of Henan Discipline Management Branch of the Chinese Hospital Management Society. She has been engaged in the management of medical scientific research for 30 years, with a focus on big data, laboratory biosafety and medical ethics. She published more than 20 scientific papers.
Xiangdong Wang, MD, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor of Medicine, Director of Shanghai Institute of Clinical Bioinformatics, Executive Director of Clinical Science Institute of Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital, Director of Fudan University Center of Clinical Bioinformatics, and Deputy Director of Shanghai Respiratory Research Institute. He is also a Visiting Professor at King’s College London. His main research focuses on clinical bioinformatics, disease-specific biomarkers, chronic lung diseases, cancer immunology, and molecular and cellular therapies. He is the author of more than 300 scientific publications.

Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
