Fourth (at least) and later printings are stated; this copy has no statement of printing but includes the publisher's ZIP code and notes it's published by the New Directions Publishing Corporation; the photographer is mentioned on the copyright page; the slipcase is paper-covered, rather than the earliest state with a cloth-covered slipcase & paper label pasted on; the title page is in the older format with the publisher's device; there is no half-title page; the book is in a smaller format than fourth & later printings, which were re-set in fewer larger pages.
