Soon finding themselves in the police department's underground facility, Holmes and Watson confront the horrifying reality of 2050: In the dark technology market, time-slowing sprays, memory-wiping helmets, and nanobot injectors are sold. Killers leave almost no traces. And at the centre of this chaos lies the unsolved murder of quantum physicist Professor Selin Koç.
