'Tulasne's scientific reputation was based largely on his work on cryptograms. His major publication, written with his brother, was Selecta Fungorum Carpologia.'- DSB. With a total of 61 plates reproducing in collotype the original plates from the original Latin edition published in Paris in 1861-5. An excellent set in the publisher's green cloth, gilt, with the dustwrappers which have some light wear. Clean & fresh inside & out, the endpapers with the ownership inscription of T. Bond, 1948.
