This will be the first book to attempt to take a 'holistic' approach to security in the Commons (outer space, the atmosphere, the oceans, cyberspace, etc) in that it examines in detail each domain of the commons, identifying and assessing the current and future threats to free international access to the domain.
Acerca del autor: Scott Jasper teaches courses in International Defense Transformation in the National Security Affairs Department and the Center for Civil-Military Relations at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). As a United States Navy Captain, he served as the deputy for Joint Experimentation at Headquarters, U.S. Pacific Command. He is the editor of Transforming Defense Capabilities: New Approaches for International Security (Lynne Rienner Publishers, 2009).
