School/Company Reconciliation Model | Interconnection of knowledge bases through knowledge capitalisation

In the training of our BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) intended for industry, it is important to have a skills referential that refers to professional qualification profiles detailing the skills that students must acquire. This reference frame of competences must be constantly updated so that continuous improvement is in adequacy in the couples training/employment and vocational training institute/company. Thus in this book we implement a model that allows us to regularly update the Competence Reference System of the Centre de Formation Professionnelle et Technique (CFPT). This model capitalizes on knowledge in an industrial company and focuses on a student/trainee (ES) in an apprenticeship situation in an industrial maintenance pool. During his stay in the company, each maintenance activity carried out by the trainee is exploited by a group of experts and transferred to a database.
