Hi, I am an innovation manager. In early 2018, I was looking for a productivity agenda to organize myself better. I went through all the available agendas on Amazon. I looked at the comment fields over and over, reading every comment, and found patterns on the best and worst ones. If most people were saying the same, why all agendas were making the same mistakes?I didn t like any of the agendas anyway, so I decided to create a prototype for myself based on the customer inputs: Too many exercises, not enough space for notes, difficult to follow up...Based on that, I created a prototype (90 days agenda) with life coaching, tons of features, and I tested it with myself and some friends for several months. We distilled what worked and what didn´t. This is the resultA simple, daily agenda that it is easy, straight-forward, battled-tested and so cheap anyone could afford month after month (We have a supplier that will make them in greater quality at a later stage, but we would like to sell 1 000 units first, learn, iterate, and scale... lean startup way).It is the cheapest version we could make. It is not fancy, it is a black and white, spartan agenda. It is designed for high-achievers, managers and IT developers in the corporate trenches, for entrepreneurs and freelancers in their random places they end up working every day, for the hectic life of salespeople and busy working single mothers... It is for warriors like you. This is your sword to slay all your dragons.First thing after publishing, I am ordering twelve myself, and possibly, several dozens for my best friends. I think they deserve an epic year ahead.By the way, now, my team wrote a great sales letter, I had to include in order not to offend them:"Hi, The most valuable resource in life is time. How do you get most of it? Simple. Squeeze it! Time-box your life and assign your goals and value to it.This agenda is a straight-forward, easy method to track your notes and daily activities, prioritize them and keep track of progress and goals. It is based on the agile mindset and scrum framework of software development and it adds the laws of productivity, the Eisenhower prioritization matrix, 5 seconds routines, productivity hacks and distilled doses of wisdom.Focus on today, deliver on now.Now after now, day after day, sprint after sprint.Plan.Execute.Improve.Repeat.Welcome to Sprint"And, and by the way, on the back of the agenda you get the 10 LAWS OF PRODUCTIVITY, so you are reminded every day.1. Timebox your day, with allocated "focus" sessions and "relax" sessions. 2. Question yourself if you should be doing this task in the first place, otherwise, delete or delegate to the right person.3. 80% of results are produced by 20% of efforts & 64% of results are produced by 4% of the effort. Focus on what it is important, not only urgent.4. Prototype and test your work with the end user or customer before final delivery. Iterate.5. Early morning, complete the most difficult tasks of the day.6. Learn in advance key shortcuts and best practices of your guild, programming language or job.7. The more time you have to complete a task, the longer it will take to actually complete the task. Timebox!8. One task completed with full focus attention in one go takes less time than a task completed over several attempts. Avoid multitasking.9. Be aware of your energy levels, after a certain time spent on one task, our efficiency decreases. Move and do something energizing.10. Every task will take more time than initially expected. Allocate enough time.Just try, and you will never go back to normal.
