Tan paper-over-boards, black titles; dust jacket. 154 pp., thirteen beautifully rendered woodcuts by Wisconson artist Frank Utpatel. A somewhat grubby copy: porous paper-over-boards & jacket have absorbed a fair measure of dust, some watermarks to jacket, which has minimal wear otherwise; some foxing to prelims, interiors & most importantly, all 13 full-page engravings, are clean & bright. A charming, though cheaply produced, example of American Art Deco Book Arts. Odd anthology of modern sonnet writing by mostly obscure poets - fun stuff!! Size: Quarto.
