Paperback. A miraculous story of a gifted athlete who once had every opportunity and the girl of his dreams only to lose everything by his own hand. He once felt like the luckiest soul on Earth until a single moment of broken trust shattered both of their worlds. To survive the grief and the guilt he built a quiet prison within himself, storing away the dreams he never got to live. For 16 years the memory of Marian lived in the quietest corners of his soul. Yet, even in the darkest moments of his fractured grief God's presence remained. Fueled by the last words of his father 16 years later he finds himself running the final and last race of his life, a Marathon. But it is much more than a marathon as it becomes a testament of the power of love and hope as he faces his past regret and mistakes. His final journey of this most important race of his life collides head on with the internal chaos of his past and his memories in search of peace and redemption and love.
