Also including information on the culture and propagation of roses, looking at the planting, soils, insects, diseases, how to have blooming roses on the winter, and more. Written by Thomas Rivers. Rivers was known for developing new varieties of roses and fruits. Some of his other works include 'Catalogue of Roses', 'Miniature Fruit Garden', and 'The Orchard House'.
