Acerca del autor
Huihui Pan received a Ph.D. in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2017, and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, in 2018. Since December 2017, he has been with the Research Institute of Intelligent Control and Systems, Harbin Institute of Technology, China. His research interests include intelligent vehicles, vehicle dynamic control, and nonlinear control theories with industrial applications. He currently serves as Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, and Mechatronics.
Jue Wang received a B.S. degree in automation and a M.S. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from Huaqiao University, Xiamen, China, in 2016 and 2019, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2023. Since September 2023, she has beenPostdoctoral Fellow with the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, and Ningbo Institute of Intelligent Equipment Technology Company Ltd., Ningbo, China. Her current research interests include intelligent vehicles, mechatronics, and adaptive control theories with industrial applications.
Xinghu Yu received an M.M. in osteopathic medicine from Jinzhou Medical University, China, and a Ph.D. in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, in 2016 and 2020, respectively. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Ningbo Institute of Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., China. He has authored over 80 technical papers for conference proceedings and refereed journals, including the IEEE Transactions journals, and has over 20 invention patents. His research interests include vehicle dynamic systems, intelligent control, and image processing. Weichao Sun received a B.S. degree in automation from Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2007, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Research Institute of Intelligent Control Systems, Harbin Institute of Technology, China. His research interests include autonomous vehicles, robotics, and high performance motion control. He currently serves as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, Mechatronics, and Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement and Control. Huijun Gao received a Ph.D. in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, he was Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta, Canada. Since 2004, he has been with the Harbin Institute of Technology, where he is currently Chair Professor and Director ofthe Research Institute of Intelligent Control and Systems. His research interests include intelligent and robust control, robotics, mechatronics, and their engineering applications. He is Vice President of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society and a Council Member of IFAC. He currently serves and has held editorial positions with several respected international journals. He is Fellow of the IEEE and Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. Neben dem Ankauf von privaten Büchern oder Haushaltsauflösungen kaufen wir bundesweit komplette Bibliotheken und Buchbestände von Institutionen auf, um diese nachhaltig ein weiteres Mal auf den Markt zu bringen. Parallel dazu bietet Buchpark die Möglichkeit, große Mengen einzulagern. Ganze Bibliotheken und umfangreiche Buchbestände werden von uns professionell auf Qualitätsmerkmale hin untersucht und sorgfältig für den Onlinehandel aufbereitet. Derecho al desistimiento
Si es un consumidor, puede rescindir el contrato de acuerdo con lo siguiente. Por consumidor se entiende cualquier persona física que actúe con fines ajenos a su actividad comercial, empresarial, oficio o profesión.

Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a Buchpark, Trebbin, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
