Acerca del autor: George J. Annas is the Edward R. Utley Professor of Health Law, Bioethics, and Human Rights at the Boston University School of Public Health and chair of the Health Law Department at the Boston University School of Public Health. He is also a professor at the Boston University School of Law and the Boston University School of Medicine. The author of Judging Medicine, Standard Care, and Some Choice: Law, Medicine and the Market, he is a regular contributor to the New England Journal of Medicine and also a cofounder of Global Lawyers and Physicians, a transnational association of lawyers and physicians working together to promote human rights and health.
