His heart stopped beating for forty-five minutes and doctors concluded he would be a “living vegetable” or he would not survive, but God had another plan. Bishop Hines pastors Christian Faith Fellowship Church of God in Christ (CFFC), one of the largest African American churches in Wisconsin, with his wife, Pamela.
