Paperback. Heaven's Song, Book 1Something in your life is asking for a reset. It may be a relationship that still hurts. It may be a business that is running you. It may be a pace you can no longer keep. Dr. Carla McGowan wrote this book for that moment: the moment you are willing to pause, tell the truth, and choose a different path.Reset Now is Carla's first book. It gathers years of counseling, coaching, and business strategy into two clear movements.Section One is personal. How a path you did not choose still shapes you. How forgiveness returns your power-without pretending the wound was small. How to find your "you are here" on the Wheel of Life. How to step out of burnout, change a mindset, and practice new thoughts until they become a new way of living.Section Two is practical. Vision, unique value, culture, leadership, and the numbers that tell the truth about a company. Carla wrote for owners who still do everything themselves, who cannot see the business from the beach, and who need a blueprint more than another motivational speech. Each chapter ends with an activation: a list, a prayerful decision, a next step you can take this week. The appendices return to Dave's remodeling business pulled back from the edge, and to Carla's own massive reset in Germany-the night she finally prayed, "OK, God. I give up. You can have my life now."If you are ready to hit pause before you hit reset, begin here. Book 2 in the Heaven's Song series, Wholehearted Again, continues the work in healing, marriage, and everyday faithfulness. This item is printed on demand. Heaven’s Song, Book 1
Something in your life is asking for a reset. It may be a relationship that still hurts. It may be a business that is running you. It may be a pace you can no longer keep. Dr. Carla McGowan wrote this book for that moment: the moment you are willing to pause, tell the truth, and choose a different path.
Reset Now is Carla’s first book. It gathers years of counseling, coaching, and business strategy into two clear movements.
Section One is personal. How a path you did not choose still shapes you. How forgiveness returns your power—without pretending the wound was small. How to find your “you are here” on the Wheel of Life. How to step out of burnout, change a mindset, and practice new thoughts until they become a new way of living.
Section Two is practical.
The appendices return to Dave’s remodeling business pulled back from the edge, and to Carla’s own massive reset in Germany—the night she finally prayed, “OK, God. I give up. You can have my life now.”
If you are ready to hit pause before you hit reset, begin here. Book 2 in the Heaven’s Song series, Wholehearted Again, continues the work in healing, marriage, and everyday faithfulness.
