Phillip Samouel is Professor of Business Economics and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at Kingston University. Mike Page is Professor of Business Administration and Dean of Post Experience programme at the RSM Erasmus University. He is also the executive director of the Rotterdam School of Management B.V.
