The author hopes that you will enjoy this little book. He wrote it understanding that we are on this journey... and as we continue... It takes growth and maturity...It takes constitution and resilience...and it teaches some difficult lessons.

These short essays discuss many of the good things in life, and also discuss many of the challenges. The easy things are easy...but how do you find the strength to deal with some of the tough stuff? How do we stay in a place where we can see goodness around us...and find ourselves, find our hearts and our souls, and find peace and love in all of it?

These short essays will help find all of that...help find love and goodness...help find peace...and get you to think about those things and find them around you. They will look at the simple things...and the complicated things. The author hopes to give you a short, reflective break as you hustle through your day...reminding you of all that is good...and remind you of a way to manage the things that are less than that. He hopes to connect you to the source of all of it...the source that comforts and restores you...the source that gives you resilience and strength...and the source of love, goodness, and peace...the source that is always by your side.
