Descripción del artículo del vendedor

2 vols.: viii, 342; vi, 328 p. 20 cm. Full leather with gold and blank impressing, burgundy spine labels, marbled endpapers and text block edges. Vol. I has tear in spine head, crease or tear in top spine label. Both volumes a bit scuffed on outside, both with chipped bottom labels. Bookplates on front pastedowns for Clifford Cyril Scott. Light foxing. Ink inscription on a front endpaper in vol. I: "Edwyn Stanhope given him by his friend R. Goring Thomas On his leaving Eton July 9, 1841." Clifford Cyril Scott (1876-1968) of the Durham Light Infantry. Sabin 31810. …
