Acerca del autor
H. Allan Gandy is a California Polytechnic State University graduate, San Luis Obispo, with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He has been a resident of Benicia, California, for forty-eight years and has an interest in its history. He is a docent and research associate at the Museum of History Benicia and has previously written The Sandstone Powder Magazine at the Benicia Arsenal: Benecia's Little-Known Gem, The Clock Tower: A History of Benicia's Mighty Fortress, and co-authored Images of America: The Benicia Arsenal. Allan is an amateur geologist who has a passion for studying the geology of California and its landscapes.

Efectos del desistimiento
