He is currently a Senior Vice President and the National Director of Public/Private Development for LCOR, Inc., a national development and real estate asset management company. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The National Council for Public Private Partnerships, and is a full member of both the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the ULI s Public Private Partnership Council. He has written over twenty published articles on public/private finance and development. Stainback received a bachelor of architecture and a bachelor of arts in urban sociology from the University of Maryland, and a master of city planning and a master of architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
