Paperback. If you're looking for a book full of theory, philosophy, or abstract ideas about psychic abilities, this is probably not it. The first sentence of this book is, after all, "Try this."If you're an empath, a psychic, a medium, a highly sensitive person, or just someone who feels more stuff than most, you might as well learn how to work with it.Because the real difference between people who struggle with their abilities and people who don't isn't the ability itself. It's how they manage their energy when something throws them off.No more getting overwhelmed at work and hiding in the restroom. No more repeating the same emotional patterns in relationships. No more getting stuck halfway through a reading or healing and not knowing what to do next. This book is built around simple, practical techniques that you can use in your daily life-not just while sitting in meditation. No heavy rules. No rigid systems. No dogma about how and when you're "supposed" to use your abilities.Instead: - try something- notice what happens- adjustThat's how you learn. The more you can read your own energy, the more independent you become. If you’re looking for a book full of theory, philosophy, or abstract ideas about psychic abilities, this is probably not it. The first sentence of this book is, after all, “Try this.”
If you’re an empath, a psychic, a medium, a highly sensitive person, or just someone who feels more stuff than most, you might as well learn how to work with it.
Because the real difference between people who struggle with their abilities and people who don’t isn’t the ability itself. It’s how they manage their energy when something throws them off.
No more getting overwhelmed at work and hiding in the restroom.
No more repeating the same emotional patterns in relationships.
No more getting stuck halfway through a reading or healing and not knowing what to do next.
This book is built around simple, practical techniques that you can use in your daily life—not just while sitting in meditation.
No heavy rules.
No rigid systems.
No dogma about how and when you’re “supposed” to use your abilities.
Instead:
- try something
- notice what happens
- adjust
That’s how you learn.
The more you can read your own energy, the more independent you become. These tools aren’t required for you to have psychic abilities, but they sure make everything a lot easier.
And once you can tell the difference between when you’re steady and when you’re not, you can come back to yourself quickly, no matter where you are or what’s happening.
If you’ve ever asked yourself, ‘What was that?’, this is a good place to start.
