This text looks at the BASIC Stamp which is used to help build microcontrollers from scratch. The BASIC Stamp is a single-board computer, running a PIC microcontroller, with all of the nitty-gritty programming done already. There is an accompanying CD with the necessary software tools.
Acerca del autor: Scott Edwards (Sierra Vista, AZ) is the owner of Scott Edwards Electronics, a regional electronics distributor that focuses on BASIC Stamp and Microcontroller applications and solutions. In 1996 he started the popular Stamp Applications column in Nuts & Volts magazine which was the inspiration for this book.
