This book contains selected papers presented at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Communication Technologies (ICAICT'23), held at Shenzhen, China in June 2023. This second volume of the proceedings is focused on new methods, algorithms and mathematical approaches, developed on the basis of Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with various applications in information security, efficient power management, multimedia, and many others.

Acerca del autor
Roumen Kountchev is a professor at the Technical University of Sofia. He got his PhD degree at the Institute of Telecommunications at Sankt-Petersburg, Russia and defended his dissertation for Doctor of Sciences at TU-Sofia. His scientific areas of interest are: digital signal and image processing, image compression, multimedia watermarking, video communications, pattern recognition and neural networks. Prof. R. Kountchev has 342 papers published in magazines and conference proceedings, and also: 30 books (20 published by Springer-Verlag, Germany); 50 book chapters and 20 patents (3 US). He had been principle investigator of 38 research projects. At present he is a member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences (EMAAS) and President of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of IAPR). Editorial board member of: Intern. Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems; Intern. Journal Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience; KES Focus Group on Intelligent Decision Technologies; Egyptian Computer Science Journal; Intern. Journal of Bio-Medical Informatics and e-Health, and Intern. Journal Intelligent Decision Technologies. He has been a plenary speaker in many international scientific conferences and workshops.
Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is presently working as director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology, Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised 32 Ph. D. Theses and more than 60 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published more than 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 3 text books and more than 100 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, ACM, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, SPIE, IOS Press and others. Dr. Patnaik is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published by Inderscience Publishing House, England and also Editor-in-chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published by Springer, Germany. He is the Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering, published by Korean Institute of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering. Prof. Patnaik is a Guest Professor to Hunan University of Finance and Economics, Changsha and Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China and visiting professors to some of the B-Schools of Europe and South East Asia. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Memberof ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited various countries such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Algeria, Thailand and Vietnam for delivering Key note addresses at various conferences and symposiums.Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. His research interests encompass various kinds of logic and their applications to Computer Science, especially paraconsistent annotated logic programs and their applications. He has developed some paraconsistent annotated logic programs called ALPSN (Annotated Logic Program with Strong Negation), VALPSN(Vector ALPSN), EVALPSN(Extended VALPSN) and bf-EVALPSN (before-after EVALPSN) recently, and applied them to various intelligent systems such as a safety verification based railway interlocking control system and process order control. He is an author of over 180papers and 30 book chapters, and 20 edited books published by prominent publishers. Kazumi Nakamatsu has chaired various international conferences, workshops and invited sessions, and he has been a member of numerous international program committees of workshops and conferences in the area of Computer Science. He has served as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems(IJRIS), he is now the founding editor of IJRIS, and an editorial board member of many international journals. He has contributed numerous invited lectures at international workshops, conferences, and academic organizations. He also is a recipient of numerous research paper awards.
Roumiana Kountcheva got her PhD at TU-Sofia, and became senior researcher in 1993. She is the Vice president of TK Engineering, Sofia and participates in R&D scientific projects of the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. Her scientific interests are in image processing, image compression,digital watermarking, image tensor representation, CNCs, programmable controllers. She has more than 190 scientific publications and 5 patents and participated in 49 scientific research projects. R. Kountcheva is a member of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR); International Research Institute for Economics and Management (IRIEM); Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI); Honorary Member of the Honorable Editorial Board of the nonprofit peer reviewed open access IJBST Journal Group, etc. Reviewer of WSEAS, NAUN, etc. She presented her research achievements in more 21 plenary speeches at international conferences and other scientific events and edited several books published in Springer SIST series.

Derecho al desistimiento
Si es un consumidor, puede rescindir el contrato de acuerdo con lo siguiente. Por consumidor se entiende cualquier persona física que actúe con fines ajenos a su actividad comercial, empresarial, oficio o profesión.

Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a BuchWeltWeit Ludwig Meier e.K., Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
