This coloured foldout street map of Newcastle-upon-Tyne covers an area extending to:

• Seaton Burn, Dudley (part), Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, South Shields, East Boldon, Wrekenton, Sunniside, Blaydon, West Denton and Newcastle Airport.
• There are inset maps of Throckley and Newburn.
• Also included is a large scale city centre plan of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Postcode districts and one-way streets are featured on the mapping.

Attached to the cover is a booklet containing the index which lists streets, selected flats, walkways and places of interest, places and area names, National Rail and Metro stations. Also included is a separate list of hospitals and hospices covered by this map.
