nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - The characters in this book were first published as short stories in such well-known magazines as Horror Zine, Down in the Dirt, Churches, Children and Daddies, Freedom Fiction, Dark Harbor and Chiron Review.Kropp's story moves with cinematic intensity, weaving hardboiled realism with ghostly suspense. Every page pulses with tension as Scot navigates a world where moral lines blur, and the dead are often more honest than the living. Through crime, corruption, and otherworldly encounters, the young psychic becomes both hunter and hunted-forced to confront not only humanity's darkest impulses but the haunting cost of his own gift.'Homicide Crimes is about more than solving murders,' says Kropp. 'It's about redemption, purpose, and the power of justice-even when it comes from beyond the grave.'Fans of supernatural thrillers and gritty noir fiction will find Kropp's writing both visceral and thought-provoking. The story balances high-octane action with emotional depth, exploring how trauma, guilt, and survival shape the human spirit. In Scot, readers find a deeply complex protagonist-vulnerable yet unbreakable, lost yet determined to bring light into the shadows.Homicide Crimes stands out as a powerful blend of paranormal mystery and crime fiction, creating a new kind of hero for readers who crave intensity and meaning in equal measure. With sharp dialogue, relentless pacing, and a chilling atmosphere, Tom Kropp crafts a story that grips the reader from the first page and never let's go. Part ghost story, part crime thriller, and entirely unforgettable, Homicide Crimes asks the ultimate question- what if justice doesn't end with death Kropp's series continues with Homicide Crimes, Predators Made Prey, Murderous Malevolence, Astral Vampires and Poetic Violence. The novel is an action-packed adventure with plenty romance, while involving homicides, human trafficking, organized crime, terrorists, and legal dramas in a paranormal setting.Scot is a troubled teen in an orphanage on probation for car theft. He grew up in the ghetto, involved in criminal activities to survive. He's hit in the head during a mass attack. Scot wakes up able to see and hear earthbound souls, and many of them come to him seeking justice for their murders. One of those souls is a murdered FBI agent named Sharon. Scot helps Sharon get the serial killers, human traffickers, and terrorists as he works with certain state, federal, military, and other lawful organizations to catch the bad guys and save victims. In exchange, Sharon helps Scot cheat at gambling-cards in high-stakes poker and blackjack games-for money. Together they take down a lot of predators, but Scot pays a heavy toll along the way, being repeatedly wounded and prosecuted for some of his vigilante actions. He also falls in love for the first time with an FBI agent that he partners with.…
