He is a 33-time certified Salesforce professional and Certified Technical Architect with degrees in anthropology, mathematics, and technology management, an MBA from the University of Cambridge, and a Ph.D. He currently works as a partner at Implement Consulting Group, focusing on supporting large Nordic Salesforce clients in their transformation journeys. For the past five years, he has been focused on issues around using AI on Salesforce, combining this with academic research in deep learning and argumentation.
