Paperback. Some obstacles in life set us so far back that it seems impossible to move forward, and we find ourselves in a place where negative circumstances can prevent us from imagining positive outcomes. This place, however, is not an end within itself, but merely a crossroads, and where we go from there is determined by the decisions we make. Positive Grace explores how our decisions impact our physical, mental, and spiritual health, and encourages readers to make the most difficult decision of all-the decision to change the way they approach life's twists and turns. The coping strategies in this inspirational and empowering book will help you get your life back on track and achieve wellness, balance, and a positive outlook that will enable you to confront even the most traumatic situations. As you read through the essays and stories, you will find new ways to communicate, listen, and think positively, and will learn how to use your negative perspectives and experiences to bring about positive personal growth. Sure to appeal to anyone who has ever struggled with adversity in any form, Positive Grace is a roadmap to navigating those critical points in life where it's easy to get lost. Acerca del autor
Dr. Brandon Riggins is a son, husband, and father who has a professional history of working with both the human body and the human mind. He holds a license in respiratory therapy and a doctorate in clinical psychology, and has worked as a respiratory care practitioner for over sixteen years, and a mental health administrator for more than three years.
Along his chosen career paths, Riggins has had the opportunity to witness traumatic medical experiences, as well as observe the ability of others to overcome adversity. He shares some of the insights gleaned from his professional experiences in his debut book, Positive Grace, which promises to help readers embrace the positivity that occurs in their lives so that they can achieve greater balance, realize individual growth, and improve their physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.
