Acerca del autor: KATHLEEN KELLY REARDON, Ph.D., is a professor of management at the Marshall School of Business at USC, and the author of The Secret Handshake. A highly regarded consultant, she is a frequent guest speaker at Toyota, Xerox, Cigna, and other corporations, and has appeared on the Today show, Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, and in numerous national publications. She lives in Palos Verde, California, and Ireland.
