Descripción del artículo del vendedor

Paperback. Two LGBTQ affirmative US Supreme Court Rulings occurred in the second decade of the twenty-first century: the 2015 Obergefell ruling in support of same sex marriage, and the 2020 Bostock decision ruling that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity is prohibited by Title VII. The politicization of trans identity-also affecting gender non-binary and gender non-conforming persons-is a form of backlash to the Obergefell ruling (legalizing same sex marriage) and increased LGBTQ equality. This book provides a conceptual analysis and application of the n. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…
