The Polgnomes And The Vile Grumble

A PolGnome knows the seasons, a PolGnome thinks deep thoughts of seeds and leaves and harvests and frost... Something is stretching winter like a funeral shroud across the Nisse Valley, and all its residents find themselves at a loss as to how to survive. Their guardians slumber in the earth, the warming tides of the flood stay away, and the something new and strangewanders in the dark of night. Smuds and Curly must band together with their friends and neighbours to survive the deep and angry frosts, and to rid their once green valley of the bitter and deadly touch of the Vile Grumble.
