Limited Edition of 750 numbered copies, this copy No.89. Square 4to, pp95 with 44 tinted photographic plates throughout. Hardcover in slipcase issued without dust jacket. Blue cloth covered slipcase in very good condition with a little rubbing to edges and a few small marks. The book itself is bound in the same blue cloth with gilt titles to spine and gilt grass vignette to front board in near fine condition with small scratch to front board. Inside in fine and unread condition. An Excellent copy of Barton's work that includes some of the most memorable pictures ever taken of British angling, with the angler featured in his photographs very often Barton himself. One of his more endearing habits was that he refused to wear a watch when he was fishing, claiming that it spoiled his enjoyment, time keeping being for slaves. N° de ref. del artículo 001636
