This postural imbalance leads to low back pain. Low back pain (LBP) is a problem worldwide with a lifetime prevalence reported to be as high as 84% by World Health Organization (WHO) (Wilson et al, 2003) [8]. Wingerden et al [18,19] proposed that hamstring tightness in individuals with low back pain would be the compensatory mechanisms for weak gluteal muscles.…
