KENNETH REA obtained his B.A. and M.A. at the University of Saskatchewan before going to the London School of Economics and Political Science where he received his PH.D. In 1959 he was appointed Special Lecturer in Economics at the University of Saskatchewan. At present he is Associate Professor of Economics at this same university.
