Edward Thomas always had aspirations to live that American dream. This seems out of his reach growing up in a single household in an economically depressed city. After he finished law school and finally gets that position at a prestigious law firm, he wasted no time moving his family around people he thinks share tat same dream. As outsiders in their new neighborhood, the finger of the law gets pointed at them. Now Attorney Thomas and his family are living in some unpleasant conditions as he races trying to uncover the truth.
You People is another captivating story by the native of East St. Louis, IL. Author Roe Simmons. At the time of this release, he was still getting great reviews from his first novel, titled, The Agreement.

Reseña del editor
When murder, betrayal and greed invades the heart
"If I do this, I can lose my license. This is basically murder!" Dr. Cashion replied.
"This is for my son. He is all I got." shot back Mr. Johnson.
Six people who are filled with love and compassion suddenly find themselves in compromising positions when they allow greed and cruelty to enter and rule their lives. Through the many twists and turns, they find that life is never the same when you attempt to keep an agreement by any means necessary. The Agreement will take you through a vicious circle as Roosevelt Simmons weaves an intriguing tale of what transpires when the love of money becomes the root of all evil.
Roosevelt D. Simmons is a specialist of the human condition, wielding the written craft to enrapture the mind much like an artist wields a brush. The pages are a blank canvas on which to draw from a talent heralded by many and matched only by an imagination that rises to the task. The Agreement is the first in a series of recent pursuits, with work progressing quickly on the sequel , titled A Promise.
