Acerca del autor
After a successful 38-year career of managing his family’s consumer goods manufacturing business and holding numerous positions in the business, Lee served as CEO from 2006-2016, exiting with the business’s sale.
Lee graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. At the time of this book’s publication, Lee was enrolled in the Entrepreneurship MBA program at the University of Louisville.
Lewis Rudy is Founder and President of Rudy and Associates. Lewis works with business owners and their teams to build strong, intentional business growth. He identifies, isolates and eliminates the root causes of margin compression and under performance. He has worked with dozens of regional, national and international companies to redefine and add real value to the organization. Typically, year-over-year results turn into triple digit profit improvement. Lewis’s approach is challenging and always brings about actionable change. In addition to his client work, he actively facilitates a number of CEO and Senior Leadership roundtables, as well as educational programs such as REDI.
Lewis is an inspiring teacher and mentor, empowering employees and leaders to innovate and exceed performance metrics. He has a history of providing companies and organizations with immediate and long-term success.
Lewis graduated with a degree in Political Science and History from Concordia University and completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in the Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Executive program.

Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento

El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
