Chapter One

Many people have plagued the notion of living a full and healthy life well over one hundred years. The process of living the age to one hundred is staggering. The fear of this aging process of several people is the reprisal of mobility and dependant on others. This negative thought is only in the mind and should never be compromised by life. The fear is not about getting older it is how the life was lived. I have spoken to some of my friends about living the age to one hundred. The thought of someone else taking care of them gave them an idea that the person taking care of them will not do the job that they expected them to do. Basically, they had doubts to depend on others to take care of them. The feeling lingers in the back of the mind that no one can take better care of them except them. No matter what a person did, it was never good enough. The reason why I say this was because I have been through the same ordeal. So I know on first hand basis of being disabled and dependant on others. This chapter is about the inner energy and how to take care of it. Read my auto biography about the experience that changed my life while I was in a coma. In it would tell you what happened that changed my decision of life on this world.

How the people centuries ago lived to be over 100 years? Some lived approximately 600 years according to the Holy Bible. As the years progressed, we continue live shorter and shorter lives. It's of the most importance that you take care of your body well as your soul. Eating the correct foods and diet do not complete the equation for a healthier life. Science has found a way for you to eat healthier but what about your soul? Is it healthy? Satan wants you to die in sin. That's why it's very imperative that you repent of you sins. A day that goes by without repenting is more of a chance you will be cast into the darkness of the abyss. Sin is not only an addiction but an illness of your soul. This doesn't only affect your inner spirit but your physical body as well. How do I come to this conclusion? If you read Series 1, A New Beginning, it will explain about the three most deadly sins to commit. My feelings towards these three sins were a constant battle for my soul that made me depressed about my struggle for righteousness. It was a rough, ridged and narrow road to follow on a higher level. But only through insight, routine prayer and commune with the white light provided me the possibility through victory. After this frequent connection with the white light and the completion of the first book, my prayer changed. After the first manuscript was done, the task was duly noted and recorded in the book of life. Every time I would pray it seemed that it was a reversed prayer. Instead of me praying the message returned to me that I didn't need to pray. The council honored me instead. I will explain more about the Holy Council later. What was new to me was the message in return. The message I would receive was an exalted thank you. If I didn't pray then I would feel empty. So, I still pray because of my commitment, but at this point the message I send was extra information. It would be like filling a glass with water and keep filling it even though the glass was full. Everyone has a job to do, it's just you have to find out what is your purpose. And if you find your purpose on this world my suggestion would be to do it to your best ability. Even if you master the task, do it above and beyond its process of capability.

We can poison the inner self by not taking care of it. Now the question in hand is how we take care of the inner self? Some believe healthy eating is the vital role in living a long life. What is right and what is wrong in your life? What are the benefits of healthy eating? What is the solution for longevity of life? Many thousands of years ago the sole purpose of eating healthy was not a part in the daily life. They did not do a mass amount of exercises or take large amounts of supplements and vitamins. Yet they lived many, many years and died of natural causes. We now live less than a hundred while only few live over this age. What is so peculiar about this that we are dying younger and younger? Could this mean that we are killing ourselves slowly? Nature intended for us to eat natural raw foods. As of today these nutrients are being depleted. Science has corrected this problem with the lack of nutrients with supplements. Do you see what is happening? We are trying to erase God out of everything. People try to make something better than it is already. These people take power for granted and not know where this power came from. They denounce the inner self so much that they only take care of the physical part. We exercise and eat the correct foods to live a healthier life. You look in the mirror and see the change your body is undergoing. And you like the process so much that you continue to do it every day. Now what is left to complete the process? The answer if you know is the inner energy. You have to feed the soul to make this process complete. So, how do we go about feeding this inner energy? The question will be revealed later but I want to start out with why some people live a longer life than others. I've seen many people who don't look their age. How do they supply the body with today's nutrients and look so young? The concept of living has to be taken into steps of plausible causes. A book that I read told about living a full and healthier life. It gave details of specific cures to illnesses for the body that would be beneficial to the physical health. In his book the sentence, "I'm not a doctor so I can't give any medical advice", was constantly written. Even if some people thought what the author wrote was over the top, consider this: it gave you a way of thinking about what you put into your body. It is solely up to you how you live your life. His book was about your physical self but this book is about your inner self, your soul and what you feed it. A person will die sooner if they do not take complete control of the mind, body and soul. Each of these three elements of life is a vital role that must be fed religiously. Take heed to what has been said, religiously. The true beauty of the Light is that it is in total harmony. It is a harmonic balance that creates a door to tranquility. Just as well as unhealthy eating is the same as an unhealthy soul adding the wrong ingredients of life.

Have you heard someone say, "The world would be a better place if some people act a certain way".

Are you tired of the negativity in this world with all the killing, diseased, arguments and so on? I am so fed up with it and I don't want any part of it. So how do we change the world? The first place to start is you. I challenge you to go out in this world and help someone. A random act of kindness goes a long way. The benefit is far greater to you than the person receiving the act. It is an important role in your life for you to do this. By doing this, it will give you a small part of energy that will increase your frequency. What is this frequency I keep talking about? Well let's break this down into parts. The soul is a complex light source of energy. It is an intensified power source of life that we can't see with the physical eye, but we all know it's there. The concept of the old saying from the Law of Conservation Energy is incorrect. This law stated that energy cannot be created nor be destroyed. It is the opposite and that I only go by what I have been told by the white light. When a child is born this inner energy is so intense that it surrounds the infant. The infant doesn't know who or what it is and this energy surrounds the entire child. Slowly the energy after several days absorbs into the shell completely. This shell is called the body. It protects and makes the soul complete in form. There are two different worlds between the soul and spirit and I will explain that later. But first we will focus on the soul for now. The beginning of each person's life as it is for some.

This energy slowly absorbs in the child after several days, the happiness that you feel slowly fades. Do you know why some people are happy when babies are born? Of course you are excited to see your child. So why would everyone else be happy too? The answer from some of the people would be that they are happy for you. My question to you is why? This is not their child. But take it into consideration about the inner self. Only the part that gets excited is the side of the light. Remember I told you Satan wants you dead. So if any person in the room isn't happy then they are the opposite of you. Everyone is not destined to heaven so don't think that every person you meet is heavenly. And when I said everyone that includes your mother, father, sister, brother, cousin, niece and nephew, just about anyone who is your family member or you come in contact with the physical world. I know some of the people I met are destined to the darkness, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't talk to them or treat them less. We should love everyone like God loves us. No matter how bad they treat you. Don't take matters in to your own hands, let them hurt themselves. Then you will be not at fault for their wrong doing.

Now, this energy that is around the baby is so strong that it is in the entire area. And if a person of God came into the room this energy would transmit to that person's spirit. You would see smiles on their faces even when they are out of the room. You can feel it even more when you hold the baby. The love is so great that you want to hug and kiss it, but if it's not your baby it would be wise not to. Too many people would feel less likely to comply with you kissing their baby. Now what is that you feel? Ah! New energy!!! Now what does this mean? Science is a good thing but they are so much into the physical world that they will never reach the greatness of this power. The only research of this new foundation is to start in the beginning and trash the rest of the theories. God has to be in the equation if you want to be a scientist. No it is not scientology of why the world is the way it is. You are permitted to do these tests and research so that you will eventually stumble to the answer of what you are looking for. And it will take you many years to get the answer. This answer is with you all along. If you want anything and especially the answers to your requests it will have to go through the white light. You have to ask for this knowledge from God. He did create everything so do you think that he would not know what you seek? And to your astonishment, I have asked some questions that many scientists have come to a dead end to know. Can we create a car that doesn't require any natural resources? Can we create light speed? What about anti-gravity? All these answers to the questions are the same, yes we can. I'm sure you have more questions, but I think this is the majority that's asked. It is your responsibility to find your answers with your white light. Only selected people have a white light with them. It is your guardian, friend, lawyer, doctor, nurse, guidance, and just about anything in your life. Whatever you wanted to know it has the answers.

Why are we dying of new illnesses and diseases? We are living less and less and continue to thrive over our continence of the mind. In the physical sense some people like to cause problems so that they can fix it. And after this situation is fixed they marveled at the correction. We continue to poison the mind, body and soul. How is this possible? What are we doing that is so terribly wrong? What I'm about to tell you was so shocking to me. When I found out through the white light how we are killing the soul, it baffled me. It stated that the technologies are our own design to kill the nations. It is in Satan's design to destroy, maim and kill. So you thinking that I'm saying that Satan is in the technologies of the physical world.

And my question to you, "Do you think God is dumb that he doesn't know about our technology?"

I will explain what kind of technology is killing the spirit a little later. Keep reading and the answers to the reason why you are killing your soul will be revealed. I know you just wanted me to make this easy for you, but I have to take you into this area so you can know how to feel and what to feel about your inner self. The next concept of this energy will explain how this energy was emitted from the infant that was newborn. Just how do you create this energy? How do you increase the power of your soul and live a longer life? Believe it or not we poison our soul everyday with the daily exposure of the miracles of technology. How do we create energy? The daily activities you do draw on this power and soon you are exhausted at the end of the day. What you need to do is constantly feed the soul with positive thinking and heavily meditation. When you feel stressed take a moment and go outside and breathe in and out and absorb God's creation. I know this will be hard for you if you live in Los Angeles, but try to absorb the sun and its rays. Marvel at the creations of the environment and not the technology. Talk to yourself as if you created this planet. How would you create a flower? This was quoted in Luke 12:22-34

"22) Then turning to his disciples, Jesus said, so I tell you, don't worry about everyday life-whether you have enough food to eat or clothes to wear. 23) For life consists of far more than food and clothing. 24) Look at the ravens. They don't need to plant or harvest or put food in barns because God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds! 25) Can all your worries add a single to his stature one cubit? 26) If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest? 27) Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 28) If then God so clothe the grass, which is today in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? 29) And seek not yet what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. 30) For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things? 31) But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. 32) Fear not, little flock' for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. 33) Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth. 34) For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

This may sound funny about the thought of creating a flower at first but this is your doorway into the other world and a vital role of extending your life. Not only that but the riches beyond riches between both worlds. When you take the time to discover the creations of God, you will marvel of the physical world. It will give you an inner peace of sanctuary and also increase your inner spirit. You will feel complete. This increase of energy or frequency vitalizes your soul. Sometimes if you do too much, some of this energy transmits to the next person. You can only hold so much that it has to release the overflow. This is a good thing because it can help someone else. Giving hugs is a prime example of releasing some of this energy. That's why you have a funny feeling when someone hugs you. If they are loaded with this energy it will absorb into you. It's the energy you are feeling and restoring part of your soul. A taxi cab driver I met shocked me when he told me his age. This man had no grey hair and his skin didn't show any wrinkles. He was over the age of 50 and not only that. He was driving like he was 20 years old, zipping around corners. His response time of driving was accurate and his motor skills were keen.

If we don't take control of the way we treat our minds, bodies and souls, will we be able to sustain life on this planet? In order for us to improve on life we have to improve ourselves. The first would be in a way we think and treat each other. I don't think that hatred will be tolerated in the heavenly world just like any other sin that is written in the Holy Bible. How do we take control and live an abundant life? I want to begin with an astonishing discovery.

I took a trip to an island in the east. When I arrived at the Airport Terminal, the night was humid. The clothes on me began to stick to my body and I could feel a small drop of sweat tickling down the middle of my back. Yes, this was a very hot-humid vacation. I dragged my bags across the parking lot into a cab and told the driver to take me to the military hotel. When I opened the door to the room I had a funny feeling. The room was empty and by me saying empty, it had no presence of spiritual existence of the other world. This was odd for me because all the places I have been had some sort of presence of spiritual activity from the Other World. If you didn't know about the other world it was explained in Series 1.
