Original vintage travel poster - Fruhling in Wiesbaden - featuring stunning artwork by the notable German poster artist Ludwig Hohlwein (1874-1949) depicting a statuesque goddess style lady in blue holding golf clubs and a winner's shield in one hand and a vessel in the other, and wearing a colourful flower wreath on her head, an historic large building visible in the distance with fountains and trees in front of it, all set on a pink shaded background with the Art Deco style lettering above and below. Printed by F. Bruckmann A.G. Munich. Fair condition, folds, foxing, light staining, pencil on the image. Size: 87.5x60.5cm.
