Original vintage Soviet sports poster for the 22nd Summer Olympic Games / Games of the XXII Olympiad in 1980 held in Moscow Russia featuring a colourful illustration of various historic and notable buildings in Moscow Russia including the Ostankino television and radio tower, Bolshoi Ballet theatre building, the Lomonosov Moscow State University MGU (one of the Seven Sisters skyscrapers and the tallest building in Europe until 1990), the Moscow Kremlin topped by red Soviet stars and modern apartment blocks with the Moscow River and trees between the images, the bold title text and Moscow Olympic logo below. Large size. Good condition, folds, creasing. Size: 116x79.5cm.
