Acerca de los autores: <b>Dr. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge</b> was the founder of Quality &amp; Equality Ltd and the author of many organisational development articles. She spoke, wrote and delivered most of the OD training programmes in the UK and was voted one of the 25 most influential thinkers in HR by <i>HR Magazine</i> in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.

<b>Dr Linda Holbeche </b>is Co-Director of the Holbeche Partnership, Adjunct Professor at Imperial College London Business School, UK, and Visiting Professor at four other UK universities. She acts as consultant on OD, HR, Strategy and Leadership. She is Fellow of Roffey Park and the Institute of Employment Studies and was previously Director of Research and Policy at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Director of Leadership and Consultancy at the Work Foundation. In 2021 she was named as one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers by <i>HR Magazine </i>and is the co-author of <i>Organization Development</i>, also published by Kogan Page.
