Acerca del autor: Renee Elliott left her job as a wine writer in 1991 to pursue her dream: to open an organic and natural supermarket that combined ethics with commerce. Planet Organic opened in Notting Hill in 1995 and revolutionized food retailing in the UK. Renee says: "Shopping, cooking, and eating the Planet Organic way is as much about pleasure as good health. We celebrate food." This is Renee's first cookbook. Renee has teamed up with French chef, cooking teacher, and cookbook author Eric Treuille, who runs another Notting Hill institution, Books for Cooks.
