Paperback. "No Ordinary Life" is the reminder people need that their life matters, that it has impact, and that they are leaving a legacy right here and right now.How should someone react in the face of unimaginable loss? When sudden tragedy came out of nowhere and turned Curry Blackwell's life upside down, he found comfort in the healing words of the Bible, the recollections of friends and family, and the radiating ripples of impact his wife had on so many. It is at that intersection Curry discovered not only hope but also encouragement and a willingness to be vulnerable and share his story in the hope that it might help others through their own valleys of darkness. "No Ordinary Life" is the story of how one person can make a difference in the lives of so many, often without even realizing it, and that one person is you. As Curry worked through the tears of grief, he found writing about what he was going through to be therapeutic for him and a possible pain prescription for others. While he wrote, he rediscovered: Everyone makes a difference in the lives of others, and No one leads an ordinary life, regardless of what they might think.Step inside the pages of "No Ordinary Life," and discover for yourself why every relationship is important whether that's with a family member, a friend, a work colleague or someone who happens into our life for a variety of reasons and seasons. In his own grief journey, Curry saw for himself the amazing way his wife had done the remarkable, impacting others . one day at a time while living a life that made sure others knew just how important they were. “No Ordinary Life” is the reminder people need that their life matters, that it has impact, and that they are leaving a legacy right here and right now.
How should someone react in the face of unimaginable loss?
When sudden tragedy came out of nowhere and turned Curry Blackwell’s life upside down, he found comfort in the healing words of the Bible, the recollections of friends and family, and the radiating ripples of impact his wife had on so many. It is at that intersection Curry discovered not only hope but also encouragement and a willingness to be vulnerable and share his story in the hope that it might help others through their own valleys of darkness. “No Ordinary Life” is the story of how one person can make a difference in the lives of so many, often without even realizing it, and that one person is you.
As Curry worked through the tears of grief, he found writing about what he was going through to be therapeutic for him and a possible pain prescription for others. While he wrote, he rediscovered:
Everyone makes a difference in the lives of others,
and No one leads an ordinary life, regardless of what they might think.
Step inside the pages of “No Ordinary Life,” and discover for yourself why every relationship is important whether that’s with a family member, a friend, a work colleague or someone who happens into our life for a variety of reasons and seasons. In his own grief journey, Curry saw for himself the amazing way his wife had done the remarkable, impacting others … one day at a time while living a life that made sure others knew just how important they were.
