A very good original service booklet in a fine leather binding. 8vo. 8" x 5" [2pp.]/ff.11 . Full red calf binding by Bumpus. Gilt crest to front cover with gilt filet border. Edges lightly rubbed. All page edges bright gilt. Clean yellow endpapers. Binders stamp to recto of rear board: "J. & E. Bumpus, 350, Oxford Street, W." Clean text throughout in e red & black. VG. " After 17 years of labour St. Paul's Cathedral is once more safe, and it will be crowded at a great thanksgiving service, to be held at noon on Wednesday. The service will be accompanied by a picturesque ceremony on the city boundary at Temple Bar, where the Lord Mayor will surrender his pearl sword to his Majesty the King, who, after touching It lightly, will return It. A special place of honour will be given to the workmen, many of whom have worked on the fabric for more than a quarter of a century. Eighteen of the men will sit near their Majesties beneath the dome. There will be a dramatic moment under the dome, when the Dean (the Very Rev. \V. R. Inge), with the vast audience standing, will announce: "I bid you welcome to our Cathedral church of St. Paul's, this day having seen completed the work of restoration. Everything has been described as accurately as possible. All books have been collated and checked and any defects are defined. However should you be dissatisfied with any item you may return it within 10 days for a full refund.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, Switch or Maestro. If you wish to pay by cheque, the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
POSTAGE
Postage and insurance will be at cost and will be added to the invoice.
INSPECTION
We understand that customers may wish to inspect items before purchasing. This may be done at our Bookroom at a mutually convenient time. However, may we also emphasise; that in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase (for any reason what so ever), you may return the book(s)immediately for a full refund of the list price. We only ask you to notify us of your intentions within two days of receipt.

Efectos del desistimiento

El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
