There is a new chapter on the susceptibility of electronic systems to electrostatic discharge and more material on FCC regulations, digital circuit noise and layout, and digital circuit radiation. Virtually all the material in the first edition has been retained while this edition contains a new appendix on FCC EMC test procedures.
