This edition of the New Testament presents the text of the Common Version (also known as the King James Version) of the Bible, conforming to the Greek text prepared by the German theologian Johann Jakob Griesbach. Griesbach's text was notable for its critical approach to the biblical manuscripts, and this edition provides a valuable resource for scholars and students of biblical studies. With its clear and elegant language, the Common Version remains one of the most important translations of the Bible in the English-speaking world.
